Pourtant, il y en a une, au second plan, les fumées montrant un combat.
C'est plus réaliste, non ?
C'est pourquoi, quand Arrowhead Miniatures (ex-Wargames South) a produit canon de 88 allemand, utilisé comme antichar ou de DCA, avec en plus son tracteur, le Sd.kfz 7, j'ai voulu réaliser un modèle "réaliste", qui "sentait la poudre et la poussière".
Alors, le voilà, sale et fatigué, ce Sd.kfz 7 avec son canon de 88, qui a failli connaître les rives du Nil et qui, après deux années de combat en Afrique du Nord, retraite en direction de la Tunisie.

Toujours dans la série des armes antiaériennes, le SdKfz 7/2, combinaison du half-track SdKfz 7 avec un canon de 37 mm, ici réalisé par le fabricant japonais Pro-Hobby.

Il est à noter que, sauf erreur, l'ensemble des moyens allemands dédiés à la flak, y compris ceux rattachées à l'armée de terre, dépendaient de la Luftwaffe, justifiant ainsi la présence de ce modèle sur ce blog.

Mais, j'avais besoin d'une justification ?

Pas de post ces prochains jours pour cause de week-end, même pas pour se reposer (en réalité pour rattraper le retard car je dois avouer que malgré mes bonnes résolutions, je n’ai pas fait grand-chose cet été).

En attendant, le canon le plus connu : le flak 88, développé comme canon antiaérien mais qui a connu son heure de gloire en tant que canon antichar, provenant d'un kit Wargames South (Arrowhead Miniatures).

Bon, d'accord, il n'a que deux marques de victoires, mais on va considérer qu'il s'agissait de coups au but.


No post in the coming days because of the weekend, not even for resting (in reality to catch up because I must admit that despite my good resolutions, I have not done very much this summer).

Quand on parle avions, on doit aussi penser à la DCA.
Parmi sa production, Skytrex a réalisé un camion avec plusieurs options : mitrailleuses ou canon antiaériens.
Pour accompagner les modèles d'avions de la 1° guerre mondiale, j'ai peint un de ces camions de Skytrex, mais il me semble qu'il irait mieux pour les avions de la RAF de l'entre-deux guerres.
J'envisage de le refaire avec un autre camouflage.

Il a fallu ouvrir les côtés de la caisse pour la plateforme du canon, installer un caisson à l'arrière de la cabine avec une bâche au dessus. Puis raccourcir le canon pour qu'il soit conforme à ceux de l'époque.
