1/144 Bell P-63 Kingcobra - by Chaubet

Le premier modèle de la dernière livraison de M. Chaubet, le Bell P-63 Kingcobra, avion développé à partir du P-39 Airacobra (voir ici), mais qui n'a pas été retenu par l'armée de l'Air américaine, et a donc essentiellement servi en URSS pendant la guerre, et postérieurement, avec l'Armée de l'Air notamment en Indochine et Algérie.

The first model of the last delivery from Mr. Chaubet, the Bell P-63 Kingcobra, aircraft developed from the P-39 Airacobra (see here), but which was not selected by the US Air Force, and therefore mainly used by USSR during the war, and later, with the French Air Force especially in Indochina and Algeria.

La dernière production de M. Chaubet : Republic F-84F Thunderstreak, Bell P-63 Kingcobra et Northrop P-61 Black Widow.

Comme je sais résister à la tentation, je vais en commander un de chaque (le Northrop P-61 dans une livrée noire), et je vais voir les décalques dont je dispose pour envisager d'autres décorations possibles, au moins pour le F-84F Thunderstreak.

Encore du travail en perspective...


What's new at 1/144 in the world ?

The last production of M. Chaubet : Republic F-84F Thunderstreak, Bell P-63 Kingcobra and Northrop P-61 Black Widow.

As I know resist to the temptation, I will order one of each (the Northrop P-61 in a black livery), and I will see which decals I have for consider other possible decorations, at least for the F-84F Thunderstreak.

Still work on the horizon...
