1/144 Hawker Sea Hawk Kon. Marine

C'est une honte !!!!
Après le retour de quelques vacances, un message sur le Hawker Sea Hawk aux couleurs de la Royal Navy, puis plus rien pendant 10 jours et quoi de neuf ? un autre message sur un Hawker Sea Hawk...., encore.

Bon, d'accord, cela manque de régularité.... mais le deuxième Sea Hawk est quant à lui aux couleurs de la Marine Royale Néerlandaise, la Koninklijke Marine ou Kon. Marine.
Bon, d'accord, ce n'est pas très original mais c'est la faute à ces militaires qui manquent de singularité dans leurs décorations d'avions....(joli exemple de mauvaise foi, non ? 😎😏😕)

Mais je vous ai prévu un petit jeu....
Le modèle présenté, sur la base des décalcomanies du kit Miniwings, et provenant du moule complet commandé à M. Chaubet (voir ici), est un avion de la Naval Air Station Valkenburg et porte donc la lettre V sur l'empennage.

After returning of some holidays, a message on the Hawker Sea Hawk in the colors of the Royal Navy, then nothing for 10 days and what's new ? another message on a Hawker Sea Hawk...., again.

Well, okay, that lacks consistency ... but the second Sea Hawk is in the colors of the Royal Dutch Navy, the Koninklijke Marine or Kon. Marine.
Well, okay, it's not very original but it's the fault of these soldiers who lack singularity in their decorations of planes .... (nice example of bad faith, no ? 😎😏😕)

But I have planned a little game for you ....
The model presented, based on the decals from the Miniwings kit, and from the complete mold ordered to Mr. Chaubet (see here), is an aircraft from Naval Air Station Valkenburg and therefore has the letter V on the tail.

Et curieusement, il a gardé cette marque alors qu'il était affecté au 860 Naval Air Squadron (VSQ en hollandais) sur le porte-avions Karel Doorman.
Saurez-vous le retrouver sur la photo ci-dessous ???
Cherchez bien, il y est.....😂


And oddly enough, he kept this mark while assigned to 860 Naval Air Squadron (VSQ in Dutch) on the aircraft carrier Karel Doorman.

1/144 Fokker D.XXI

Après cette parenthèse singapourienne, retour à la collection avec ce Fokker D.XXI au 1/144 que j'ai moulé et coulé à partir d'un kit en résine de Kami de Koro Koro.

After this Singaporean parenthesis, back to the collection with this Fokker D.XXI at 1/144 that I molded and casted from a Kami de Koro Koro resin kit.

D'accord, à première vue, ce n'est pas très joli.
Mais, vous verrez, avec un moteur, des trains d'atterrissage et après un peu d'ébarbage, de ponçage, de peinture et quelques décalques..., voici un Fokker D.XXI aux couleurs de l'armée de l'air des Pays-Bas, avec les marquages de neutralité, juste avant le début de la seconde guerre mondiale.

Okay, at first glance, it's not very pretty.
But, you will see, with an engine, landing gear and after a little deburring, sanding, painting and some decals..., here is a Fokker D.XXI in the colors of the Air Force of Netherlands, with neutrality markings, just before the start of the Second World War.

Parmi la dernière livraison de M. Chaubet, un Republic F-84G Thunderjet, monté et peint, que j'ai décoré aux couleurs néerlandaises avec les décalques de la marque Flevo.

Les décalques Flevo sont très fines et solides, mais ont tendance à s'enrouler. 


Among the last delivery of Mr. Chaubet a Republic F-84G Thunderjet, assembled and painted, that I have decorated in the Dutch colors with decals of the Flevo brand.

Flevo Decals are very thin and solid, but they and tend to curl.

A partir d'un kit de M. Chaubet, un Westland Lynx que j'ai monté, peint et décoré aux couleurs de la Marine Royale néerlandaise, ou Koninklijke Marine, avec les décalques et les rotors du kit Fujimi.

From a model kit of Mr. Chaubet, a Westland Lynx I mounted, painted and decorated in the colors of the Dutch Royal Navy, or Koninklijke Marine, with decals and rotors from the Fujimi kit.

1/144 Curtiss P-36 Hawk

Un modèle de Curtiss P-36, commandé à M. Chaubet monté et peint, que j'ai décoré aux couleurs de l'aviation militaire des Indes néerlandaises, avant de recevoir un camouflage plus "militaire".

A Curtiss P-36 model, ordered to Mr. Chaubet assembled and painted, which I decorated in the colors of the Dutch East Indies Military Air Force, before receive a "military" camouflage.
