1/144 Republic P-47 Thunderbolt

Un modèle classique d'avion, commandé monté et peint à M. Chaubet, que j'ai décoré avec des marquages inhabituels de la force armée brésilienne pendant la 2° guerre mondiale, et plus précisément sur le front d'Italie.
Le Brésil, ayant déclaré la guerre aux puissances de l'Axe, a envoyé des troupes à la fin de la guerre, dont de l'aviation, tant en Europe que dans le Pacifique.
C'est ainsi qu'une ou plusieurs escadrilles ont combattu en Italie, les avions portant avec la bande blanche sur un seul côté de l'aile comme les avions américains, mais avec l'insigne du Brésil au lieu de l'étoile US, ainsi que sur l'autre aile.


A classical model of aircraft, ordered mounted and painted to Mr. Chaubet, that I decorated with unusual markings of the Brazilian armed forces during the 2nd World War, and more precisely, on the Italian front.
Brazil having declared war on the Axis powers, sent troops at the end of war, including aviation in Europe and the Pacific.
Thus one or more squadrons fought in Italy, aircraft having the white stripe on one side of the wing as the American planes, but with the Brazilian insignia instead the U.S star, as well as the other wing.
