1/144 Avro York - by Corgi

Encore un avion relativement peu connu, développé pendant les premières années de la 2ème guerre mondiale, l'Avro York, réalisé par Corgi, combinaison des ailes, queue et trains d'atterissage d'un Lancaster, et d'un fuselage carré de grande capacité pour le transport de marchandises ou de passagers.
Il a été utilisé par nombre de compagnies aériennes, dont la Boac, Dan Air, South African Airways..., et comme avion militaire, par la RAF et l'Armée de l'Air principalement.
Avec la RAF, il a participé au pont aérien de Berlin.

One more relatively unknown aircraft, developed in the early years of the second World War, the Avro York, made by Corgi, combination of wings, tail and landing gear of a Lancaster, and a square fuselage of high capacity to transport merchandise or passengers.
It has been used by many airline companies, including Boac, Dan Air, South African Airways ... and as military aircraft, by RAF and the French Air Force mainly.
